ONIT Fitness is an online coaching and personal training business that offers our clients one-to-one coaching to help them achieve their fitness goals. Our mission is to provide customised training programmes and nutrition plans that are tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals. Furthermore we also aim to provide all clients with the support and guidance they need to empower them to succeed. We believe that by offering a comprehensive approach to fitness, training and nutrition, we can help all of our clients to achieve optimal health, fitness and well-being.

James Brehaut

Founder | Head Coach | Personal Trainer
James has always been involved with sport, activity and fitness to a high standard from a young age. As a result, this lead to him studying a BA(Hons) degree in Sports Coaching and Physical Education in 2011 at The University of Chichester; followed by a PGCE with Masters in Secondary Education in 2014; again at The University of Chichester. During his time studying, James expressed a keen interest and succeeded well in the strength and conditioning, injury prevention, sports nutrition and sports psychology modules.
In 2022, with over 7 years experience in teaching physical education; his vast amounts of experience training and success in personal training, the time came for James to combine and further pursue his passions. The journey began when James initially started coaching family and friends. After huge success, ONIT Fitness was founded to help health-conscious people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds to achieve a healthy, active and maintainable lifestyle. Whether you are looking to lose weight, build muscle, compete or simply increase overall health and fitness, ONIT Fitness can help.
After seeing amazing results and success himself, James competed in the UKDFBA Natural Men’s Physique Competition in Rugby in May 2023, finishing 6th overall.
